Terms

• Payment Condition:

1. We accept 35% T/T deposit bank to bank transfer upon Invoice, 30% against draft copies of shipping documents and 35% balance against confirmation of delivery at destination port.

2. The buyer will issue 100% Operative, Irrevocable, Transferable, Divisible SBLC MT760 to our Financier (Third Party) in our favor (the seller) against invoice, payable at discharge port within 3 working days after SGS inspection.

Please Note all payment via instrument only works for orders above $ 2,000,000.00

 

• Visitation:

For all those who intend visiting our facility, it should be noted that there is a visitation fee of EUR/USD 300 per person to come which will be paid to the human resource department so they issue an invitation letter and accommodation fee before schedule will be made for such visit. This applies only to new clients who have not visited us before and who have neither placed their orders with us nor made any advance payment to us.

In a case for those who have placed order and made advance payment to us, they won’t need to pay for any visitation fee, all they will need to do is just let us know when they intend visiting and we will go ahead to make a schedule for their visit to our facility.
